If your case requires additional assistance from a server admin, we will direct the ticket or the email to the person in charge, in a timely manner and we will leave a comment to inform you that more time will be needed for reaching a solution. If you order the Admin Services package, any of the services included there will be performed whenever you specify.

We’ll be online for you 24–7–365 to reply to any questions that you may have with regard to our Online Control Panel or any of the apps that we have installed for you on the server. If you also require assistance tackling server management tasks, you can make use of our Admin Services package, which includes backup hard drive storage space, weekly Operating System updates, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, as well as troubleshooting and installation services
